It has been nearly a week since the destructive winds and rains of Hurricane Harvey made landfall and effected Southeast Texas including several Marquette apartment communities in Houston and Galveston. We have 95+ residents and employees that have been left homeless and devastated as they begin to rebuild their lives caused by the destruction of this horrific storm. The gale force winds ripped the roofs off homes, uprooted trees, brought down power lines and many lost their homes, automobiles and precious memories. While some members of the community were blessed to have their homes and personal property spared, many members of The Marquette Community suffered crippling losses from this storm.
We are thankful for the many organizations and charities from across the country that have pledged their support to Southeast Texas, however our Marquette Family of neighbors is in need and requires assistance NOW. Our Institute of Community/Marquette Cares Organization is a local 501C charity and has always been able to help quickly where our residents and employees have suffered catastrophic times.
Unlike donations to national organizations that can take months to begin distributing funds, your support to us will have an immediate and substantial impact on our Marquette team members and community of residents. With your help, Marquette can provide financial support to help feed, cloth, house and help rebuild what they have lost.
Marquette Cares is a tremendous endeavor by a company that takes care of their own. Please, help our Marquette family and friends get back on their feet again as quickly as possible by joining us as we use the power of synergy to make a difference in their lives; the lives that have been upended.
